Our modernly equipped Melii Apartment is located in Vukovar in the quiet Mitnica district of the city, in the immediate vicinity of the Water Tower and the Memorial Cemetery. It consists of a separate bedroom, kitchen with dining room, hallway and bathroom. It is located on the first floor of a residential building. Free asphalted parking space for guests is provided in the immediate vicinity of the building as well as next to the building itself, which is not asphalted. There is a space for storing bicycles. Air conditioning, gas central heating, EON TV, free WiFi throughout the building. Equipped with all household appliances and dishes. Close to all amenities (city center, pharmacy, bus stop, shopping center, ambulance, bakery, store). Suitable for two adults (and a child up to 5 years old) who can sleep with their parents in bed. Payment is made on the day of arrival (cash), and when booking, 30% of the amount must be paid (I will send you a confirmation of the reservation). The apartment is available for guests to enter from 15:00-22:00 or by arrangement. Guests must leave by 10:00 at the latest. Upon departure, guests can leave the apartment key in the key box by the front door. Guests will be met by the host upon arrival to hand over the apartment keys and provide other instructions. Complete discretion is also provided at the guest's request, contactless entry to the apartment with prior payment of the full amount of the bill. We grant a discount for the length of stay. Tourist tax is included in the price. The price refers to an overnight stay, a stay of two people in the apartment... and is not charged additionally per number of people.

Booking confirmation document upon reservationThe guest can cancel the reservation 30 days before arrival and the entire amount paid for the reservation will be returned to him, 50% refund will be given for cancellation within 10-29 days, no refund if he cancels the reservation within 10 days before arrival. The property retains the entire amount in case of no-show. We send a written confirmation of the reservation (voucher).

The price includes a welcome drink, juices, tea, coffee, snacks. Each guest receives a gift to remember their stay in our apartment. We are available 24 hours a day to our guests and they are not just a number to us, but we want them to be satisfied and to come back again, because whoever comes to our city once, comes back again. If someone wants to visit Vukovar for 10+ days and is not able to pay the entire amount at once, there is a possibility of paying in installments, with the last installment to be paid upon entering the apartment, for which I will issue an invoice. Payments should be made to the account number that will be provided to you and for each payment I will issue a voucher. We welcome you with open arms, open hearts, with a smile on your face and a sparkle in your eyes. We happened to be in Vukovar late at night. We had no accommodation. We called several numbers, no one answered or it was busy. When we called this apartment, or rather the landlady Melita, she immediately agreed to rent us accommodation and it was not difficult for her to come and open it, even though it was the dead of night. My wife and I were both delighted with the hospitality of the hosts, very nice people. In addition to all of the above, the service was top-notch, from cold drinks in the fridge, ice cream, to several types of coffee, hot chocolate and snacks. The cleanliness was top-notch. We also received a souvenir. Thanks for everything. We will definitely be back in the fall for a few days.

Stayed in the apartment for a week... Everything is really as in the pictures. Very nice, clean, fragrant... All recommendations. The apartment is simply such that I will come back again. Something that cannot be described in words... Everything is great.

I stayed in this apartment as a tourist. Although it was my third time in Vukovar, this apartment is the best. It delighted me. I can say that everything was beyond my expectations. Starting from the neatness and cleanliness, every detail planned, to the welcome drink, the offer of coffee, tea and juices, to the snacks and the beautiful gift. The landlady is very kind and available for any information at any time. I'm definitely coming back to this apartment in the fall... Recommendations
