The newly opened, modernly equipped Apartment Melii is located in Vukovar, in the quiet city district of Mitnica, in the immediate vicinity of the Water Tower and the Memorial Cemetery. It consists of a bedroom, a kitchen with a dining room, a hallway and a bathroom. It is located on the first floor of a residential building. A free parking space is provided for guests in the immediate vicinity of the building as well as next to the building itself. Air conditioning, gas central heating, EON TV, free WiFi, mini bar, biscuits, candies, coffee, tea, drinks. Equipped with all household appliances and dishes. Close to all amenities (city center, pharmacy, bus stop, shopping center, clinic, bakery, store).

Payment and terms
Payment is made on the day of arrival (cash), and 30% of the amount must be paid at the time of booking (I will send you a booking confirmation). The apartment is available for guests to enter from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or by appointment. Departure of guests no later than 10:00 a.m. Upon departure, guests can leave the apartment key in the key box by the front door. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the host to hand over the keys to the apartment and give other instructions. Full discretion is also possible at the guest's request, contactless entry into the apartment with prior payment of the full amount of the bill. We grant a discount for the length of stay. Tourist tax is included in the price. The price refers to an overnight stay, stay of two people in an apartment...apartment... and is not charged additionally for the number of people.
Residential tax is included in price.
Booking confirmation document upon reservation
Cancellation policy
The guest can cancel the reservation 30 days before arrival and the entire amount paid for the reservation will be returned to him, 50% refund will be given for cancellation within 10-29 days, no refund if he cancels the reservation within 10 days before arrival. The property retains the entire amount in case of no-show. We send a written confirmation of the reservation (voucher).
