Payment and terms
Payment is made on the day of arrival (cash), and 30% of the amount must be paid at the time of booking (I will send you a booking confirmation). The apartment is available for guests to enter from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or by appointment. Departure of guests no later than 10:00 a.m. Upon departure, guests can leave the apartment key in the key box by the front door. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the host to hand over the keys to the apartment and give other instructions. Tourist tax is included in the price.

Cancellation policy
The guest can cancel the reservation 30 days before arrival and the entire amount paid for the reservation will be returned to him, 50% refund will be given for cancellation within 10-29 days, no refund if he cancels the reservation within 10 days before arrival. The property retains the entire amount in case of no-show. We send a written confirmation of the reservation (voucher).
