The building is located in a dead-end and quiet street. The apartments are fully and modernly equipped. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to the center. There is secured parking in the yard in front of the building, there is a barbecue in front of the building that is available for guests to use.

The reservation is paid to the host's account (100 euros), and the rest is paid in cash when the guest arrives. The ideal time of arrival is from 2 p.m., and departure until 10 a.m. If the apartment was empty or ready a day earlier, the guest can come earlier, everything by agreement and in contact with the guest. The same rule applies to departure. With agreement, it is possible to stay a few hours longer if no guests come to the apartment on the same day.
Residential tax is included in price.For all subsequent reservations, I approve free cancellation up to 15 days before the guest's arrival, and at the end of that period, compensation to the renter amounts to 30%.
