Our apartments are of different sizes, each with 1 or 2 bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a standard equipped kitchen, an entrance hall, shower/toilet, and a large balcony (most with a sea view). A large fenced parking lot for cars and boat trailers is located right next to the house. We live on the ground floor and are happy to be at our guests' disposal. Payment is made by paying an advance when booking the apartment. The rest of the amount is due upon arrival at the facility. Check-in to the apartment is possible from 2:00 p.m. Check-out from the apartment is until 9:00 a.m. The specified time only applies to check-in and check-out from the apartment. You can arrive earlier, park your car in the house parking lot, go to the beach or to the city. The same procedure applies when leaving. If your apartment is ready, of course you can check-in before 2:00 p.m. Stay in touch with us, inform us of your possible arrival time.
Residential tax is included in price.The cancellation policy of our house allows you to cancel your reservation no later than 60 days before the booked arrival date. In this case, we will return 100% of the advance payment.

Rocky beach The accommodation price includes tourist tax, towels twice a week, bed linen once a week. On the ground floor of the house we offer the use of 4 simple bicycles (without reservation), a washing machine, an ice maker and a grill with a terrace with tables and benches. We also have a room for socializing while respecting the house rules. If you wish, we also offer a lock for your bicycle, basic bicycle accessories, and a recommendation from a professional repairman. If desired, we can help you organize trips to the surrounding area or recommend special activities. We live on the ground floor of the house throughout the year, and during your stay we will be available by phone (we speak and write German and English, and use French and Italian).
