Apartments Zeferina are located 100 meters from the central city beach, Blue Beach. The center of Vodice is a 10-minute walk away, Vodice is a relatively small town, so it is not necessary to use a car to get around. The house consists of a ground floor and two floors, parking in front of the house and a garden where there is a grill. We also have a garden where you can see a lot of flowers, fruits and vegetables!

Entry to the apartment is between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Leaving the apartment is between 7am and 10am. Please try to respect this hourly rate, especially when it comes to going out. In case of arrival, you can ask us if you want to arrive earlier and we will allow you if there are no guests in the apartment earlier. Payment is made in cash upon arrival. A 20-30% advance payment is required to make a reservation to our bank account. The amount of the advance payment depends on the length of stay. If the length of the stay is up to a week, the advance payment is about 20%, if it is longer, we charge 30%. In case of cancellation of the reservation, from this year we will no longer refund the advance payment.

Concrete beach When you arrive at the apartment, you will be introduced to the apartment. If I am unable to do so, my son or husband will welcome you to the apartment. For all your questions regarding your stay, we are available all day, we live in the same house, so if you have any questions, just knock on our door. Towels are changed every fourth day, and bed linen is changed for stays of 10 days or more.

The apartment is in a very good, quiet location. A few minutes from the Blue beach. Hosts are nice. The apartment is very clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful. It was a pleasant surprise that after the fourth day it was possible to change towels. I can only recommend this hotel!

We have just returned from this beautiful place, I highly recommend Zeferina apartments. Nice and helpful hosts! A friend had a slight accident and the help of the hosts turned out to be crucial for which we would like to thank you very much. You are wonderful! Rooms very clean and tidy. The view from the balcony to the sea is breathtaking. From the apartment close to the sea and the center. The hosts understand a lot in Polish. I definitely recommend it!

We are very pleased. Great hosts very nice, they helped me in a very difficult situation and selflessly. We were in Croatia for the 13th time, but we have never encountered such an approach to tourists. Apartment clean and fragrant furnishings are very good and leaves nothing to be desired. The beach is very close, the shop and the center as well. Nice view of the sea from the balcony and turtles in the garden. I can honestly recommend the Zeferina Apartment in Vodice to everyone.

We were at the beginning of September. We liked the apartment very much. Very good layout of the rooms, everything you need in the kitchen, clean and generally great. The area is very quiet and peaceful, parking behind the villa. Very close to the beach, as well as to the center. A very nice place to live. The hosts are very nice and practically invisible - but also very caring. Overall, I recommend this place! Maybe we'll come back there someday.

Friendly hosts, clean apartment, great location. Everything within walking distance, shops, bakeries, the center and the most important - the beach. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

Apartments are in a fantastic location - the sea is very close, and everything is easily reachable on foot. The neighborhood is very quiet. Secure parking is provided by the owner (is a bit crowded similar to other villas). Hosts are kind and give the necessary privacy. The apartment was neat and very clean - almost if we were the first guests using it ever! - and well equipped. Towel change mid-term was unexpected but appreciated. We found the air conditioner and mosquito nets useful. Balcony has nice view. I would recommend highly.

Very kind and cultured people, always ready to help. We were in Vodice for the first time and we got wonderful accommodation by the beach, so we didn't have to run around by car every day.
