Completely renovated apartments in a wonderful neighborhood, a little far from the center, and at the same time very close, because you only need 5-10 minutes to walk. We primarily aim at families with children, and for them we also give a discount. Although we don't live at the same address, we are available to every guest 24 hours a day. 2 bicycles, a barbecue and, of course, a swimming pool, which is not too big (4*2m), but fully meets the needs, especially of children, are available for everyone to use. Also, for each apartment we have 2 separate places for resting and sitting in the shade with benches. There is room for 2 cars in the covered parking lot, and for a third one parked at the back. There are 2 apartments in our facility, one is on the first floor with 3 rooms, while the other is on the ground floor with 2 rooms and a sofa bed where one more person can stay.

The guest pays 30% at the time of booking, and the rest 2-3 days before arriving at the apartment. We ask all guests to leave the apartment on the day of departure by 10 a.m., and arrival is possible after 1 p.m., exceptionally in some cases, i.e. it depends on the length of the cleaning, which is usually a shorter time than we stated. I ask all pontifical guests to strictly follow the house rules, because we do not allow parties and noise.

Hello. We were two families, us upstairs, sister downstairs. The apartments meet the requirements, there is everything you need. The owners are very nice and leave their guests alone, so if someone likes to be unattended, I recommend it. Of course, you have to be considerate of your neighbors, as is the case everywhere.
