Detailed description

Welcome! We are located 200m from the beach and a 10-minute walk along the beach to the center of Vodice. A large barbecue is available to guests in the garden of the house. We offer our guests our domestic quality wine and brandy. Many years of experience in tourism and always at the guests' service are a guarantee of your pleasant vacation. We look forward to your arrival!

Payment and terms
Tourist tax is included in the price. No additional bed is charged for children up to 4 years of age. An extra bed is charged €15 per day. Air conditioning is charged separately, €5 per day. When making a reservation, an advance payment is made in agreement with the host, and the remaining amount is paid on the day of the guest's arrival. Check in: 12:00-24:00 Check out: 09:00

Cancellation policy
Dear guests, you are welcome in our household even in these unusual circumstances. Please travel conscientiously. We have adapted our cancellation policy to the situation, so you can cancel 7 days before the booked arrival date, with a 100% refund of the advance payment. If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, we will keep the advance payment in full. This cancellation policy is valid until the end of the epidemic is declared.

I recommend

All recommendations for Stančić family apartments! The apartment is spacious, tidy, equipped with everything necessary for a family vacation. Extremely well positioned so we didn't have to use the air conditioner. Close to the beach, bakeries, shops.....excellent location. The hosts are wonderful, warm, welcoming and unobtrusive people. We will definitely be back!

Super holiday in Croatia!

Super holiday in Croatia! Clean apartments, equipped with everything one needs in everyday life, from coffee to microwave! Very lovingly decorated! We felt like home! And the Kröhnung- the owners Mary and Zdravko! So nice and helpful people we have not met for a long time! All in one-we will be back!
