Perlica is a traditional stone house in the center of Vodice near the beach, shops, restaurants, cafes, and the advantage is that when you arrive and park your vehicle, you can do everything you need on vacation on foot. Arrival time is from 3:00 PM, and departure time is until 10:00 AM. Reservations are accepted by phone or email. Reservations are made by paying 30% of the price of the agreed nights to the owner's account, and the rest of the amount of the agreed number of nights is paid upon arrival. The price includes the use of air conditioning, internet and parking for 1 vehicle. If parking for an additional vehicle is required, it must be reserved in advance and is charged additionally. Tourist tax is included in the price. When entering the house, guests are required to pay a damage deposit of €250, and the money will be returned in full after an inspection of the property, if no damage is recorded after using the holiday home.
