Apartvilla OKIT is a newly built house with an outdoor pool and a fenced yard. The house is located in Vodice (Srima), only 150m from the beach. It consists of 10 separate residential units/apartments, we offer one apartment with 1 bedroom, one studio apartment, six two-bedroom apartments and two apartments with 3 bedrooms each, a fenced yard with parking and a swimming pool and sunbathing area.

To confirm the reservation, an advance payment in the amount of 15-30% of the total reservation is required, after the advance payment we send the reservation confirmation, the rest of the amount is paid upon arrival. Check-out by 10 a.m., check-in from 2 p.m.
Residential tax is included in price.You can cancel for free up to 30 days before departure. If you cancel between 30-15 days before arrival, we keep the advance payment. If you cancel less than 15 days before arrival, we charge 100% of the reservation amount, but depending on the reason for the cancellation, we always try to reach a mutual agreement that will satisfy both parties.
