The apartment has a very good location, close to the beach and the city. The equipment of the apartment is nice, new, clean. Secured parking, but further from the building. There was no wifi in the apartment, no signal - while it was declared that wifi is there (I take it for granted nowadays). For a stay longer than a week, we expected the owners to offer us a change of towels and linen, but this did not happen, they changed them for us after asking. Otherwise the stay is fine.

Top location! The apartment is satisfactorily equipped with a nice terrace. Close to the sea and various beaches as well as the center of Vodice itself, and in the evening peace and quiet in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation unit. We are always happy to be in Vodice. We were on this side of Vodice for the first time. The location of the apartment is great. In a few minutes you are in the city, the beach is practically right on your doorstep. The nearest restaurants and bars are also located directly on the beach. The apartment is very nice and has everything you need. The highlight is definitely the terrace with the sea view. The host Milan was very friendly, courteous and helpful. We lived on the ground floor in a spacious apartment with a large terrace that gave us privacy and relaxation in the shade. The apartment is accessed through the garden with barbecue and seating. The rooms of the apartment are clean. There were plenty of disinfectants in the apartment. The hall and living room have new, modern furniture. The sea to the beach (pebble, sand) is literally a jump from the apartment. From the deck chair you run to the apartment, for a chilled melon, to enjoy it by the sea. There you will also find an excellent barbecue restaurant. The apartment is located in a house which is in a quiet, peaceful location. A beautiful promenade by the sea leads to the city center, or a quick shortcut through the city. Be sure to rent a bike and visit the nearby village of Tribunj. Stone houses, narrow streets. On the way there or back to the apartment you will go along with fig groves - good taste. If you want a trip to Sibenik, be sure to use the local Jadrolinia. The legendary transport ship Tijat will take you there and you will also discover the beauty of the surrounding islands. The owner of the Milan apartments is a nice and caring host.

After much deliberation, my husband and I were chosen as holiday destination Croatia. Especially with children, safety and easy access by car is very important for us. Once we were in Istria, we have chosen this path Dalmatia - Vodice. In our search through the Internet, including apartmanija.hr we came to this apartment in the house Leana. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the owner and the apartment on the first floor. Our children are in the room had twin beds and a TV, which is great for the kids. The master bedroom and the apartment has a large terrace, with beautiful views of the sea. Close to the beach (100 m.). The main road is situated, without disturbing traffic noise. Shops, restaurants and things for children are all within a radius of max. 400m, easily accessible. My personal pleasure was the morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the crystal clear sea and islands. Accommodation is suitable for families with small children and those who love a peaceful holiday. We rarely had such a relaxing holiday. If we come back, then we will certainly book this apartment. It was an unforgettable holiday last year in June. A bit skeptical, I decided to leave early June in Zadar, or vacation we did not allow otherwise. Something special was in the blue sky and sea. The sun that feels good, the beach without the crowds and the real smell of the sea in the air ... a clear and somewhat healthy .... and people who know how to enjoy the beauty that fascinated me. At first the water was a bit cold, but soon you have the desire to swim for hours, with the feeling that the entire Adriatic there just for you. About apartments is superfluous talk. New, clean, smells. It was thought to every detail, equipped with experienced and dedicated and do whatever you need on holiday, there is. It is located very close, almost touching the sea from the terrace, but far enough stashed away to have peace and privacy. The host is the sweetest of all for which I vacationing along the Adriatic coast and beyond. Friendly professional, in short. This is when you need to and still have the impression that it is not present. The friendly and open heart will show and tell all about the beauty of this place and make what should visit ... better than any tourist guide. Feel the real love of the sea and the people. I stayed here for the third time. Accidentally I found two years ago this place. In my opinion, there is everything you need to relax. The apartment is located very well. Just 5-7 minutes from the city center and only 100 meters from the sea. Noise waves are certainly not audible, but a wonderful view from the windows! Plus, it is very convenient - walk to the beach 2 minutes and does not need to cross the roads. This is particularly pleasing when you relax with the kids. The apartment is clean. There is a necessary set of dishes. Comfortable terraces with high railings, safe for children. I personally appreciated this especially. Nearest store is 3 minutes away. In general, I recommend.
