When making a reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of the price of one night, and the rest is charged on the first day of arrival in the apartment. We will agree on all the details regarding the advance payment when you make your reservation. Arrival time from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., departure time until 10:00 a.m. For stays longer than 14 days, we offer an additional discount of 5%. The stated price is for the stay of 2 adults in apartment AP3. An additional fee of €5 per child is charged for the stay of children. A maximum of 2 adults + 2 children can stay in apartment AP3. A maximum of 2 adults + 1 child up to 5 years old can stay in the Studio apartment. An additional €5 is charged for the stay of a child in a cot. You can request the need for a baby cot during the reservation itself. There is no possibility to accommodate an additional extra bed in the apartments.
Residential tax is included in price.

The guest has the right to a refund of the advance payment if he cancels the reservation 30 days before arriving at the apartment. For any later cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment is not returned.
