The ideal time of arrival is 1 pm. Namely, guests leave at 10 am, and it takes several hours for the apartments to be cleaned and arranged for new guests. In case the guests do not come by car and have a transport that is earlier, there is always the possibility to leave things in the building until the apartment is prepared for them. The advance payment is 30% of the total amount and only serves as compliance with the dates and agreements for the holidays.
Residential tax is included in price.The refund of the advance payment is made in exceptional cases, but in principle it serves to respect the agreement of the host with the guest regarding the date of arrival.
