Apartments Lac are located in Croatia, on the island of Vis, along the bay Milna, in the village Ženka. It is a quiet and secluded southeastern part of the island, with a beautiful view of the surrounding islands and the open sea. The apartments are 8 kilometers away from the town of Vis, 12 kilometers from the town of Komiža, and they can be reached by a newly built road. Apartments Lac consist of 3 separate houses (house RAK, house RIBA and house MORE). There are a total of 12 equipped apartments for your complete comfort (air conditioning, wi-fi internet, equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels ...), with free parking provided. Our settlement Ženka is not connected by public transport, so you need to get to the apartment by your own vehicle, taxi or it is possible to rent a car in the town of Vis. There are no shops in the village, but every morning in front of the apartments comes a van of the local bakery with bakery products, and several times a week in the afternoon there is a van with fresh fruits and vegetables. Payment and terms

Included in the price: Tourist tax, parking space, air conditioning, wi-fi internet, barbecue, dishes, bed linen and towels (except those for the beach). Accommodation is booked after paying an advance of 30%. The advance payment is non-refundable. The rest of the amount is paid on the day of arrival. Arrival of guests (check in) from 12.00, and departure of guests (check out) until 9.00. Smoking is allowed. Pets are not allowed.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

The advance payment is refunded by agreement in case of unforeseen objective circumstances.

Of the additional facilities, each house has a barbecue, and there is the possibility of mooring boats for the existing buoy and organized boat rides. Distance from the sea and the first beach is 80 meters, and the distance to the first sandy beach is 900 meters. Other beautiful sandy and rocky beaches are within a 4-kilometer radius. The nearest shop and tavern are located 2 kilometers from the apartment, and a large supermarket "TOMMY" is located at the exit from the town of Vis, 9 kilometers from the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Apartments Lac are suitable for all those who imagine their vacation by the sea, away from the noise and crowded beaches, surrounded by pine forests and the sound of crickets.
