App 4 2 is located on the ground floor and has a large terrace. 2-3 parking spaces are provided. It is suitable for families with children due to the fenced yard and the proximity of the beach (200 meters from the apartment).

When arranging and booking apartments, we take an advance payment of 30% of the total amount. Once the money is visible in our account, we confirm your reservation. The rest of the amount is paid when collecting the keys in cash. Tourist tax is included in the price. The ideal time of arrival is after 2 pm, and the ideal time to leave the apartment is until 10 am (or by arrangement with the owner). If any damage occurs in the apartment, please report it. Before leaving the apartment, we will inspect it to see for ourselves if there is any damage. If there is any damage, we will bill you for it. Air conditioning is charged extra only in case you leave the apartment and leave it on all day.
Residential tax is included in price. Booking confirmation document upon reservation100% refund if you cancel 60 or more days before your scheduled arrival. 50% refund if canceled within 60 to 30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund for cancellation within 30 days. The advance payment can be kept and used for another term in agreement between the party and the apartment owner.

Apartment was specious and very clean. Perfectly equipped - in the kitchen you will find everything needed to prepare a dinner, mosquito nets are in the windows, and the provided towels are in different colours (this I liked the most) no more guessing which one of 4 white towels in mine). There are only 2 apartments in the house and the owner (very helpful and friendly) is on site, so you don't feel to be a no-name cash provider but like a awaited guest. House located in non-crowded, peaceful part of Vir, no discos, supermarkets or restaurants in surrounding.
