Very friendly owners. The kitchen has all the utensils you need. Washing machine. Close to the sea. Outside fireplace and terrace. Clean apartment. I recommend. You won't be sorry.

The apartments are on the beach. We have three children ourselves and the location is ideal. The host is extremely kind and accommodating for any questions. Everything is available at your fingertips and no car is needed. We stayed in the apartment for 12 days and no one said a word to us about the children, and we all know how guests with small children are looked at. We are thrilled and coming again.

We had the A4 and the Studio! It was great! Everything was clean, large terrace, right by the beach! We already have bigger kids, but they had a lot of fun too! Owner super friendly, helpful !! Beautiful garden, parking space right next to the house, everything close by! For us the ideal vacation - leave the car behind. Beach right next door, a bar, pizzeria, cafe right next to it, souvenir stands, restaurants, cocktail bars within walking distance! Quad, jet skis, water park, ... everything within the next few meters! Thank you very much, we had a relaxing, fun, partly active vacation! Gladly again!

This was our second time in Villa Lavanda, again everything was fantastic: - Apartment perfectly equipped, - Comfortable beds, - Almost no mosquitos ;) - Very friendly owners, - Perfect location - close to beach, some shops, town, sports etc., - Sandy ground of sea! We never go anywhere twice, and this was our first second-time in one place, so it means a lot to us! We will definatelly go there again, this part of Vir Island is perfect in every detail.

Living at your Denisa and Noris Buškulić is the fulfillment of all my expectations! Very clean, good home supply with necessary equipment, a lot of greenery, a lot of space, a spacious barbecue area. In my opinion there are no cons of this place! The beach is suitable for children and adults. This part of the island is definitely calmer and prettier. The most delicious ice cream in the world is about 150 m from the house. I was a guest of the State of Buškulić for three years in a row and I plan to return next year. This is my place to rest. I recommend to everyone. The hosts are very kind and friendly people.

We were here for the first time on the island of Vir. The object in which we lived was very clean and tidy. The apartment is located about 20 m from the sea and from a sandy beach, which is very nicely decorated and clean. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria, a shop, a bakery, a beach bar, a playground and animation for children. We had all the utensils and equipment in the apartment, everything was flawless. The owners of the apartment were extremely hospitable, friendly and helpful. We recommend families with children and all those who want peace and look at the crystal clear sea.

We were here for the first time on vacation on Vir Vir. Jadro Beach (3 minutes walk from the apartment) is very suitable for families with small children, because the sea is very shallow with sand. The apartment is super and well equipped (a lot of dishes, glasses, cups and other accessories), the owners are very friendly. The bathroom is large, equipped with large towels and washing machine. Outside the terrace there is a large garden furniture with a huge sunbathing area. Terrace has a sea view. The city center is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and offers entertainment for everyone. There are also several restaurants and bakeries in the city. We spent a wonderful vacation and we will definitely come back.

Dear Sirs, We did not meet you when we were your guests in your apartment, but your telephone conversation is enough to see how honest and cultural you are. We stayed in your apartment since 18.06. Until 25.06.2017 and we can confirm from our hearts that it was wonderful. The apartment is super equipped, well furnished and tidy. The object is in the location as well as on the ad, and looks the same as in the photos. Equipped with all the equipment that is normally needed during your stay. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful the apartment is and how it is used with all the amenities it offers (air conditioning, internet, TV, and everything you need in one apartment, here you have). Hosted service we did not meet at a very high level and for all praise. This apartment where we would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful vacation, close to the beach and the proximity of the center with all the attractions and various events. If I could go there again this year, I definitely would! This was the best place I have ever been to in Croatia and I visited very many pleces there. To mention only most important aspects, the location is fabulous! The beach (with sand in the water!) is very close to the rooms, there is a bar nearby, some restaurants, shops. What is more, the balcony is a very good place to stay in when you want to rest after a hot day. The sun does not shine directly in the windows, you can feel only a little bit of sun in the morrning on the balcony (or rather a terrace). There is an air-conditioning and wi-fi usually works without any problems. In the kitchen there are many tools you need when cooking (very many pots and pans, large, small, soup plates, glasses, mugs, coffee express, etc.), Towels are included and changed every 7 days (!), as well as the bed covering. What is more, there are two places to park in the shadow if properly parked. Lat but not least, the hosts are very kind and helpful. If I have the chance in the future, I will go there again for sure!

I would certainly recommend you spend your holiday on Vir, or at least the same visit, and thus assure the diversity of the same. The apartments are excellent, well-equipped, organized and neat. The building is on a site that is listed in the advertisement, it looks the same as in the photos, and is equipped with all the above equipment is normally required during their stay. Frankly, I was pleasantly surprised how nice the apartment and that the use of space with all the amenities provided (air conditioning, internet, TV). The owners are very friendly, communicative, responsible and are at your disposal in case you need anything. The apartment and its location are perfect for both the younger and for some older people, and families.
