You guarantee and confirm your arrival by paying the requested advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the accommodation. We were in the apartment for the first time this year, but several of our family members were returning guests, so we didn't go to the place as strangers. The host(s) are very kind, direct and helpful. Walking out of the apartment's yard, you can find yourself right on the central beach, the apartment has a very good location. Water playground, water sports about 10 minutes' walk from the beach. Shops and a bakery are within walking distance, and the center is a 5-minute walk away. The yard is very pleasant, shaded by many plants, and there is also a barbecue corner. We chose the studio apartment, it was perfect for us with 1 baby, we could fit comfortably. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well-equipped. We are grateful for the 1 week spent here. Thank you very much.

It was not the first time we were guests at Villa Lavanda and we will go again! we have been coming to Croatia for years, but this is the best accommodation so far. everything you need, very clean, well-equipped, has everything a family needs for a vacation, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom, (complete kitchen equipment-beautifully clean) room furniture, comfortable, homely, tastefully furnished, terrace is a favorite of every family member, it's good to rest, have breakfast , sea view for lunch. everything is close to ice cream, restaurants, shopping lines, the port, evening programs, and in the meantime it is still calm and quiet, you can relax. the owner and his family will go out of their way to make you feel as good as possible, they are helpful, kind, they are always there, if you need anything, you can count on them for everything, so much so that you don't even notice they are there - for true friends in Denis and his family we can find you! everything is really beautiful and it's as it looks in the pictures, nobody will be disappointed here, we can only recommend it to young, old, young and old! we will be back next year! we wish everyone a very nice holiday! Beautiful location with an air-conditioned apartment and a huge terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment has everything. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The bedroom has the most comfortable bed, the bathroom is spacious and nicely decorated. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness because everything is really clean. I looked forward to morning coffees on the terrace overlooking the sea and the beautiful green garden, and the children always wanted to eat only on the terrace because it was nice for them. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. We spent our vacation very well, because we really rested in such an excellent location. Praise!

A perfect place to rest. The beach in front of the house, clear water, sandy seabed, top! Nearby, a few minutes' walk, there is everything you need, Center, Shops, Restaurants, Cafes and so on, Nin, Zadar nearby, great for trips. We vacationed here as a family! We have been to Croatia several times, but this one was the best, classiest accommodation we had, with the cutest and friendliest Family! The child-friendly beach is about 20 steps from the accommodation, the center is close, and everything important (shops, buffets, restaurants, etc.) is only a few minutes' walk away. The host and his family are extremely friendly, helpful and kind, based on our experiences so far, they were the best. The apartment is comfortable, very nice and clean, equipped with everything - literally everything - (dishes, cutlery, kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine, TV, and everything you need) is here, we got internet access, which worked perfectly. The whole family, children and adults, had a good time here, for which we thank you with a grateful heart, and we can only recommend it to everyone, so much so that we already decided that we will be vacationing here with the Denises again next year, which we have already signed up for. We just came back from this wonderful place. Everything was absolutely perfect beyond our expectations. The hosts are wonderful and very nice people. There was a nice surprise waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival. We spent a wonderful 12 days 2 adults plus a child 6 years old we lived in a studio, but in my opinion it is a 1-bedroom apartment (spacious room with comfortable beds), a very well-equipped kitchen and a large bathroom plus a wonderful terrace with comfortable furniture and a sea view. The property is located right next to the beach, has a very large beautiful garden with a barbecue area and parking. Anywhere near the center, restaurants, port, I recommend a full-day cruise in Kornati, you can see dolphins, we made it. The apartment met our expectations in 200%. Thank you very much to Denis for the delicious grape. Croatia is a beautiful country and we usually don't go back to the same place, but we will definitely come back here. The apartments are on the beach. We have three children ourselves and the location is ideal. The host is extremely kind and accommodating for any questions. Everything is available at your fingertips and no car is needed. We stayed in the apartment for 12 days and no one said a word to us about the children, and we all know how guests with small children are looked at. We are thrilled and coming again.

We had the A4 and the Studio! It was great! Everything was clean, large terrace, right by the beach! We already have bigger kids, but they had a lot of fun too! Owner super friendly, helpful !! Beautiful garden, parking space right next to the house, everything close by! For us the ideal vacation - leave the car behind. Beach right next door, a bar, pizzeria, cafe right next to it, souvenir stands, restaurants, cocktail bars within walking distance! This was our second time in Villa Lavanda, again everything was fantastic: - Apartment perfectly equipped, - Comfortable beds, - Almost no mosquitos ;) - Very friendly owners, - Perfect location - close to beach, some shops, town, sports etc., - Sandy ground of sea! We never go anywhere twice, and this was our first second-time in one place, so it means a lot to us! We will definatelly go there again, this part of Vir Island is perfect in every detail.

Living at your Denisa and Noris Buškulić is the fulfillment of all my expectations! Very clean, good home supply with necessary equipment, a lot of greenery, a lot of space, a spacious barbecue area. In my opinion there are no cons of this place! The beach is suitable for children and adults. This part of the island is definitely calmer and prettier. The most delicious ice cream in the world is about 150 m from the house. I was a guest of the State of Buškulić for three years in a row and I plan to return next year. This is my place to rest. We were here for the first time on the island of Vir. The object in which we lived was very clean and tidy. The apartment is located about 20 m from the sea and from a sandy beach, which is very nicely decorated and clean. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria, a shop, a bakery, a beach bar, a playground and animation for children. We had all the utensils and equipment in the apartment, everything was flawless. The owners of the apartment were extremely hospitable, friendly and helpful. We recommend families with children and all those who want peace and look at the crystal clear sea.

We were here for the first time on vacation on Vir Vir. Jadro Beach (3 minutes walk from the apartment) is very suitable for families with small children, because the sea is very shallow with sand. The apartment is super and well equipped (a lot of dishes, glasses, cups and other accessories), the owners are very friendly. The bathroom is large, equipped with large towels and washing machine. Outside the terrace there is a large garden furniture with a huge sunbathing area. Terrace has a sea view. The city center is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and offers entertainment for everyone. There are also several restaurants and bakeries in the city. We spent a wonderful vacation and we will definitely come back.

Dear Sirs, We did not meet you when we were your guests in your apartment, but your telephone conversation is enough to see how honest and cultural you are. We stayed in your apartment since 18.06. Until 25.06.2017 and we can confirm from our hearts that it was wonderful. The apartment is super equipped, well furnished and tidy. The object is in the location as well as on the ad, and looks the same as in the photos. Equipped with all the equipment that is normally needed during your stay. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful the apartment is and how it is used with all the amenities it offers (air conditioning, internet, TV, and everything you need in one apartment, here you have). Hosted service we did not meet at a very high level and for all praise. This apartment where we would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful vacation, close to the beach and the proximity of the center with all the attractions and various events. If I could go there again this year, I definitely would! This was the best place I have ever been to in Croatia and I visited very many pleces there. To mention only most important aspects, the location is fabulous! The beach (with sand in the water!) is very close to the rooms, there is a bar nearby, some restaurants, shops. What is more, the balcony is a very good place to stay in when you want to rest after a hot day. The sun does not shine directly in the windows, you can feel only a little bit of sun in the morrning on the balcony (or rather a terrace). There is an air-conditioning and wi-fi usually works without any problems. In the kitchen there are many tools you need when cooking (very many pots and pans, large, small, soup plates, glasses, mugs, coffee express, etc.), Towels are included and changed every 7 days (!), as well as the bed covering. What is more, there are two places to park in the shadow if properly parked. Lat but not least, the hosts are very kind and helpful. If I have the chance in the future, I will go there again for sure!

I would certainly recommend you spend your holiday on Vir, or at least the same visit, and thus assure the diversity of the same. The apartments are excellent, well-equipped, organized and neat. The building is on a site that is listed in the advertisement, it looks the same as in the photos, and is equipped with all the above equipment is normally required during their stay. Frankly, I was pleasantly surprised how nice the apartment and that the use of space with all the amenities provided (air conditioning, internet, TV). The owners are very friendly, communicative, responsible and are at your disposal in case you need anything. The apartment and its location are perfect for both the younger and for some older people, and families.
