Detailed description

The apartments of the Simunovic family are located on the south side of the island of Vir, some five minutes walk from the center and only a few minutes walk from the most beautiful beach on the island (Jadro). The facility was built in 1997 and features a garden with pool and barbecue. The grill is spacious (50m2) and guests are happy to use it for socializing in the evening and for joint dinners and breakfasts. The newly built pool with a luxurious grill fits perfectly into the ambience of the apartment and is available to all guests.

One of the best vacation of my life

We booked the accommodation at the last minute, but we were not disappointed, we felt at home. Fully equipped rooms, perfect view of the sea, swimming pool, barbecue next to it, cooking room. Accommodation that meets all needs. The host is very friendly, we are glad to have found him.

Very impressive!

I drove to the island very spontaneously and really enjoyed every second! The apartment is in the perfect location, clean and well equipped. We were very impressed!

My friends and me wanted to party and chill on our hollidays and we got much more. Besides all the oppertunities to spend your free days, like partying, chilling on the beach or adventure activities like driving Quats, the location was a dream. The apartments were clean and much more renovated than on the pictures. The lady of the house was very nice and we had a lot of fun with her. I recommend this accomodation from my heart.

Odlicno!

The accommodation was in better condition than described. We were very pleasantly surprised, as some rooms have been renovated, but no pictures on the Internet praise it. The villa is in a great location, we reached every destination on foot in a few minutes. It was very clean and tidy, and the housekeepers were always at your service to answer questions and concerns. There were many restaurants nearby and bars to quench your thirst. The island is suitable for a family holiday, as well as for an active sports holiday. Even the party tigers are not too short, since there are some bars in the center, which are always filled in the season. A very versatile island that offers something for everyone. From jet skiing, parties, entertainment for children on the beach to onward travel to nearby villages such as Zadar, Krk, Split and more In the evening we often spent hours in the Steinpavillion for barbecues, where the host family paid us a visit and made for an entertaining evening. For this price - a gift! Highly recommended! We are coming again next year

Great stay

We spent ten days in May 2013 Croatia and lived here. Everything was clean, very hospitable and helpful, no great luxury but everything functional, great views, central location. Quiet island in the preseason - pleasant, ideal starting point for sightseeing (Krka, Zadar, Sibenik, Kornati islands, etc.) and also cycling trips. Beach clean water (we still too cold) crystal clear, shops and restaurants in the area, 3 minutes from the beach house. Were beautiful days, I can only recommend it. Werner & Silvia from Vienna

Studio A-position 2nd floor: large terrace with sea - and mountain-view

The description of the condominium is exceeded by the actual circumstances. The location is ideal. Whether for shopping, beach, sport tennis, restaurant, bus to Zadar you need a car. Everything was very neat, Möbilar simple, functional and everything is clean and well maintained. Pero, brother of the owner, speaks and understands German (slowly, clearly speak) is very helpful. Whom a hotel is too noisy and impersonal, has little left for camping, but really wants to enjoy his vacation, which is in Mato and Pero right. As a special attraction offers a day trip to Zadar, listen sure to match the "Sea Organ" on the beach promenade. Otherwise I experienced at local restaurants not only disappointment, price / performance / service-everything was perfect. Water quality of a dream, like the beach and the island. The bridge connecting the mainland to ideal erreichen.Meine assessment: best way to a dream vacation
