There are three apartments in the house. Two of them have two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large covered terrace. Each has one room with a double bed, and the second room has two single beds. The third apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and also a large covered terrace. All rooms have bedding. The kitchens have dishes for cooking and serving food, as well as a microwave and a kettle. Each apartment also has air conditioning, which is included in the price. All apartments have a separate entrance. There is a parking lot within the house that is available for all guests. A barbecue can also be used. Žitna uvala beach is 80m away. The beach is pebbly, and the sea is sandy. There is a promenade and a bicycle path along the beach, as well as several cafes, restaurants, pastry shops and bakeries. There are several shops within 100m. The center of Vir is 1800m away.

When a guest books an apartment, they must pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount, and the rest is paid upon arrival at the apartment. The price includes the tourist tax. Check-in to the apartment is at 12:00 and check-out at 9:00. In the season (July and August), the minimum reservation is 7 days, and in the pre-season (June) and post-season (September) it is 3 days. Guests should bring towels, kitchen towels and their own hygiene products.
