We rent three identical larger air-conditioned apartments for 4 people, and one smaller apartment for two people. One larger one is on the ground floor on the left, and two on the first floor. The smaller one is on the ground floor on the right. Larger apartments have two bedrooms and a living room, while smaller apartments have one bedroom and a living room. Each apartment has a separate entrance and a terrace of 12 square meters. In the apartments, you get all bed linen and dishes for cooking and serving food and drinks. Guests are asked to bring their own means for washing and wiping dishes, as well as towels for the bathroom and everything for personal hygiene. The nearest beach (Žitna uvala) is 100 m away. Outside on the beach there is gravel, and in the water there is sand. It is suitable for children. There is a long promenade and bicycle path along the beach. There are several restaurants and an ice cream parlor on the beach. Within a radius of 150-250 meters there is a fruit shop, a bakery, several grocery stores, and shops with beach equipment. Our street is not busy. It is used only by its tenants and guests. It is paved and has public lighting.

When we agree on the reservation, I will send you the information for the advance payment. It is paid on account within 3 working days and is 20% of the total price of the reservation. When I see your payment on the account, I inform you that I have received the advance payment. You can pay the rest on account a few days before arrival or in cash when you arrive at the apartment. The ideal time of arrival is 1 p.m., and departure in the morning by 9 a.m. We use the water in the apartment for everything except drinking. We cook, brush our teeth, fruits, vegetables, and shower in it. We do not drink it if it is not boiled. This is the case in most apartments on the island of Vir. All stores have enough water in 1.5-liter and 7-liter bottles.

Concrete beach Guests have at their disposal a large fenced yard. Behind the house we have an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Everyone can shower when they want. There is a barbecue next to the house at a sufficient distance from the apartment. It is also available to all guests. There is also enough space for children to play. And most importantly, you park your car in a fenced yard.
