The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which provides the opportunity to enjoy peace and security for children to play. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom, a terrace of 24 m2 with a *beautiful view of the sea* 🌊🌊 and a parking space and a safe. A barbecue and an outdoor shower are also available. Distance from the beach approx. 200m. All facilities such as shops, cafes, restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

A reservation is considered a confirmed payment of 30% of the amount to the bank account. The rest is paid on the first day of arrival. We expect your arrival on the first day of the reservation from 2:00 p.m., and your departure on the last day of the reservation by 10:00 a.m.
Residential tax is not included in price.There is no return of the advance payment in case of appointment cancellation, but the same is recognized for booking appointments for the next season.

Beautiful, clean accommodation. The surroundings of Viru are beautiful. Great owners. I can only recommend. We spent 10 wonderful days here
