On the first floor there is a covered terrace of 20 square meters, with seating, while on the ground floor there is also a terrace with seating, which is part of the aforementioned yard. There is a jacuzzi on the ground floor, which can be accessed from the yard, or directly from the house, so if necessary, it is a separate closed room in the house. A restaurant, post office, shop, market, coffee bar... are 100 to 200 m from the house. The owners live at another address, so the house is entirely available to guests.
