An autochthonous house built in 1778 is for rent, located in Hrvatsko zagorje (Varaždin County) at Vinica Breg 97 (2 km from the road Varaždin - Maribor). The house was recently renovated, and the traditional building materials (vinicite stone and wood) were kept. On the ground floor of the house there is a large living room with a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a sauna room and a corridor, while in the attic there is a large bedroom and a spacious hall (91 m2 in total). The house has one double bed and one extra bed, so it is suitable for accommodating a family. There is a secured parking space and a covered barbecue with a small terrace in the yard. In the surroundings of the house there is beautiful nature, so the house is ideal for accommodation for nature lovers, hunters (close to LD Zelendvor), fishermen (close to the Drava and the Vinica pond). Not far from the house is the famous Opeka Arboretum, the Vindija cave and other cultural and sacred objects.
