Vela Stiniva Beach Hvar Zastrazisce

You will reach it by a car driving few minutes at north-west, and you will find a parking space somewhere near the beach. The bay is deeply embedded in the mainland, wide enough to release the great amount of fine pebble on the shores of Hvar, and spread your bed in the sunny afternoons. There are several houses along the pebble beach of Vela Stiniva, among which is the most spectacular 18th century Dubokovic-Nadalini country villa, which is an example of baroque style on the island of Hvar. The bay overlooks the Makarska Riviera and is inhabited throughout the year, but, unlike the crowded Riviera, Vela Stiniva is a place for a quiet holiday with clean sea and whisper of pine trees. In addition to sea activities, you can try free climbing here - there are rocks on the left side of the beach that are well-known for climbing trails for all of those who love this attractive sport.
