The vacation house K Relax Place is located in Varaždinske Toplice on a quiet hill in a dead-end street, and is surrounded by forest on two sides and only 1 minute away from the Zagreb-Goričan highway exit. The house was built in 2021, and the interior is decorated in a modern minimalist style. Inside the building there are three bedrooms with large double beds, which guarantees a comfortable stay and rest for 6 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and devices to meet the needs of the most gourmets or even those who just want to reheat something quickly. It also contains a dining room, a living room with a large 55" screen TV and Netflix content; two bathrooms and a sauna. For heating and cooling we use green energy through a heat pump, which guarantees a pleasant stay throughout the year. Outside there is a large covered terrace, barbecue with grilling equipment, garden furniture, deckchairs for sunbathing, and a large jacuzzi with a view of the forest

All our guests have discounts in local restaurants in Varaždinske Toplice of 5%-10% for cash payment, some of which also deliver food. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The sauna is located inside the building. The outdoor private hydromassage pool is open all year round.
