Welcome to the apartment "Florem", which is located near the ValMod center, at R. Boškovića Street 20, in a building with an elevator. Our air-conditioned 60 m2 apartment consists of a newly renovated kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and dishes, a pantry, a spacious living room, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The corner sofa in the living room can also be extended into a bed. In front of the building there is free parking and a children's playground surrounded by greenery. In the immediate vicinity there are several shops, a bank, a gas station, a cafe, a church... You can walk to the city center or the promenade on the Drava, where you can also enjoy the swimming pools in the summer months. After going out, relax with a TV, free WiFi and some books, toys and board games or with a view of the sunset. The balcony offers a view of the roofs of the old city center, but also the greenery of the Drava Forest, Ivanščica and Ravna Gora. We wish you a pleasant stay.

Very satisfied! The newly furnished apartment surprised with its spaciousness and cleanliness. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay, and there is a shop nearby. The beautiful old part of Varaždin is about twenty minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. I really appreciate Mrs. Mirna, who was available at all times to answer our questions. I highly recommend her!
