The apartments do not have any modern technology (TV, satellite, air conditioning, internet, telephone). The apartments fully function on solar energy (220V), ie electricity and hot water are obtained through solar collectors on the roof. The house can only be reached by boat or on foot along a footpath 10 minutes from the parking lot. Goods are transported from the parking lot to the house once upon arrival and departure by boat. Apartments can be booked for 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.
