The house is situated 5 minutes walk to the main island beach or 10 minutes to okolih isolated beaches, and 2 min walk to all the facilities on the island post office, shops, restaurants, a harbor. Nice room, nice hosts. You can have dinner if you book in advance, it's excellent and better and cheaper than the Konoba at the harbor. When we arrived, thank God there was someone at the harbor who showed us the way, otherwise you would have problems finding the house. The island is pretty depopulated with 64 residents. The only downside was that I had to pay €100 per night for 2 people, but here on this platform it says €70. That's 40 percent more and therefore pretty expensive. That's why it's only giving me 3 stars.

The Island of Unije is truly a little haven, where the sea is turquoise and the vibe is chilled. The small village of quaint Croatian houses runs up into the hill, and the streets are narrow walking corridors fun for exploring. No cars makes it a perfect place to relax, read and watch daily sunsets. If you are after an authentic Croatian food experience, then you are in excellent hands with Mirjana and Jadran as your hosts. They are amazing cooks and very respectful of all things local. We can’t thank them enough for welcoming us into their home and making our time on Unije an experience we will cherish forever.

Unije is ideal for a vacation in nature with peace and relaxation. The lovingly restored stone house surprises with large, bright rooms that do not heat up in summer. The kitchen in the house is worth the trip in and of itself. We had booked for four days and will definitely stay longer next time.
We had a great time. The kitchen is amazing. They were picked up upon arrival on the Island. Spectacular sea. Too bad it is not possible to make excursions by boat ... We welcome the little David so much.

The island of Unije is a place just for fans of the genre: no cars, no traffic, no noise. To begin with, unleashing a warm and exquisitely polite, Ms Romanela pick you up in person at the pier. The house where we stayed is located in the town center and the sea is only a couple of minutes, on foot, of course. The room is exactly as indicated on the site (index of reliability and fairness). The cuisine of high quality and wide variety, has allowed us to eat fish of all kinds, meats, raw and cooked vegetables, salad and arugula local, good mouth-watering, all in abundant quantities. The skill of the cook was accentuated by the refinement of preparing homemade bread. Dine alfresco under the pines, in the silence of night, cheered by the sound of the wind that slips through the branches, is priceless ... for everything else ... there's mastercard. It is worth to go there and especially to return. On the island some easy trails allow you to reach bays with crystal clear water with a few tens of minutes. The same paths allow you to reach the top of the hills located in the central part of the island from where you can enjoy great views. I brought along a mountain bike with which in a few days I drove around the island.
