Apartments Šimić are located in the central part of Tučepi, 30 meters from the beach. Each apartment has: separate entrance, balcony, air conditioning, satellite TV, parking, WLAN Internet. Given that we ourselves live inside the house, we are available 24 hours a day. The price includes tourist tax, WLAN Internet, cleaning of the apartment, bed linen, towels, consumption of electricity, water and a parking space next to the building. To a guest's inquiry about a particular accommodation, we send an answer in the shortest possible time with a complete description of the accommodation unit and pictures so that each guest can see the truth of what he is getting. At the moment of the final agreement, the guest is obliged to pay an advance payment in the amount of 10% or the value of the stay for 1 day to our account as a guarantee of reservation and arrival. On the day of departure, the guest must leave the accommodation no later than 10 a.m. and check in after 12 p.m.
