We are only 40 m from the beach. From the balcony of our apartments, there is a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. The apartments are newly renovated. Covered and illuminated parking is located in the yard of the house. Friendly hosts are always at your service.

The accommodation was excellent, the studio apartment is just like in the photos, everything is new and custom-made. The apartment is clean and tidy, the balcony is large, with a deck chair. The apartment has everything you need for a stay. The hosts are unobtrusive, yet always available. Everything to be praised!

The first thing I noticed right away is that the apartment is EXTREMELY clean. I have often traveled for business and have stayed in hotels in the EU and Great Britain with **** where the rooms are less clean. The furniture is new and functional and exactly as it is in the pictures. The bed in the bedroom is extremely comfortable, and the bedroom faces the back of the house, so that no noise enters it. The shower cabin is new and fully functional. In the kitchen there is a large fridge and a dishwasher. What is not clearly visible in the pictures is the size of the terrace, which must be over 20m2, which is closed on three sides and is open to the sea and offers a great view. A big plus for me is that the parking lot is covered and lit at night. The construction with which it is covered is very strong, which we were convinced of because one night there was a storm and the car was safe under that canopy (it is also covered behind towards the next building). The owner of the apartment is very kind, as is the elderly couple. She went out of her way to fulfill all the specific requirements and explained everything to us. She also brought us wine and local grapes.

One of the best if not the best apartment where we spent a wonderful 10 days. Modern and perfect apartment. Close to the beach, city center and various facilities. Located at the back, thus away from the noise of the road but with a huge balcony overlooking the sea. I was most impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness due to the beautiful hostess, who was absolutely unobtrusive and quiet but constantly felt her presence in the gleaming, immaculate hallways and baskets of fresh towels in front of the door. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to everyone who is planning a vacation in Tučepi.

Beautiful apartment, close to the promenade and long and diverse beaches. We were 14 days with two children. Very clean! A huge plus for a washing machine. Friendly owners, very welcoming. Towels are changed every 2 days, bed linen as well. Great location. Necessary kitchen accessories, laundry dryer, oven and microwave are available. A nice addition - local alcohol as a gift from the owners. We will come back for sure! Great place on the map of a beautiful town!
