Our house is located in the very centre of a small touristic village Tučepi in mid Dalmatia. There are numerous shops, cafés and restaurants in its close proximity, and an enchanting pebble beach is only 100 meters away. A parking spot is included in the price and requires a 2-minute walk from the house. Both studio apartments are located on the third floor of the house. There is no elevator. Both apartments have been partially renovated in 2024 and contain one double and one single bed, holding up to 3 adults. Both have a kitchen, a private bathroom and a small balcony with a sitting area. They are equipped with an air conditioner, a fully-functional kitchen (2-ring electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery), WiFi, TV, hairdryer, flat iron, etc.
