Ideal for couples. The apartment on the second floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a modern kitchen and living room, and a private terrace. Suitable for 4 people. There are 2 apartments on the third floor. which are rented together. The first one with balconies and a wonderful view covers 90 m2 and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. It consists of a living room, three bedrooms (3+3+2), two bathrooms, and a well-equipped modern kitchen. The second apartment for 4 people consists of two rooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a living room. From the spacious terrace, you will be offered an incredible view of the enchanting panorama.

- The accommodation on the third floor is designed for one group, it is suitable for families and provides complete privacy. It is not intended for parties, and we respect house rules and other guests - The price is expressed in the total amount for both apartments. - special attention is paid to the cleaning and disinfection of the space. The reservation is confirmed by paying 25% of the total amount. - For a stay of a total of 14 days, the discount is 5% on the total price. - The remaining part of the price of the stay is paid upon arrival (the total amount of the price of the stay minus the advance payment) in cash or before arrival to the bank account - The price includes the costs of current utilities, maintenance, fees, kayak and bed linen and towels. - the security deposit is 300 euros, it applies only to accommodation on the third floor, and is returned upon departure - Arrival time is from 15:00 and departure is until 10:00 - animals are on request

Rocky beach One of the highlights of our accommodation is the spacious terrace where you can enjoy the sounds of the waves, enjoy the sea breeze and the scents of coastal plants. Whether you enjoy morning coffee, dining with friends or simply indulge in quiet evenings, our terraces provide an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. Guests staying on the third floor can use a 55 m2 garage, suitable for parking, and a kayak for 2+1 persons. The service is included in the price. For the apartments on the first and second floor, there is parking by the road, and the possibility of parking in the nearby paid parking lot. The owner bears the cost of parking. Trpanj is ideal for relaxing in long promenades by the sea and discovering the sights of the old part of the town, an excellent starting point for day trips to Korčula, Dubrovnik, Mljet or the beaches of Divna and Duba. The center of the town with shops, restaurants, ATMs is just a few minutes' walk away.
We stayed in this apartment from August 16 to 19 and we have not the slightest complaint. The villa is located in a beautiful place, near the sea. The apartment is nicely furnished, tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hostess is pleasant and kind. We will be happy to come again.
