If you take narrow stone streets and paths from the apartments, rooms and vacation houses in Lun on Pag, through Mediterranean vegetation and millenary olive groves to the sea, you will reach Tovarnele, a local beach that in essence represents all the diversity of landscapes of this part of the island. Lun is located in the north-west horn of the island and it has a blue expanse underneath whose surface is pulsing in the sun forever. Tovarnele Beach marks the coastal line belonging to the Lun with rocky, pebble and concrete parts alternating here. It is something like a living room of locals and their guests, a place for socializing, dating and fun. A place for old and young, families with children and couples. In the summer months, when the sun is tireless, there is a great crowd here. 30 parking places and all feet that reach the beach barely fit the 200-meter-long beach pebble, and the surrounding terraces are full of people tasting Pag specialities and traditional island cuisine. Although the beach has no additional content, many will say it is one of the nicest, perhaps because of its wilderness that calls for total relaxation and forgetfulness of all amenities of modern society. Forget the stress on the Tovarnele Beach in Lun.
