Ella is a beautiful mobile home located in Sveti Petar na Moru, right on the beach, only 10 meters from the sea. This unique location offers an incredible view of the blue Adriatic Sea, giving you a feeling of complete relaxation and peace. What makes Ella special is its free cocktail bar available to all guests. You can enjoy refreshing cocktails while relaxing on the terrace or enjoying a wonderful sunset overlooking the sea. In addition, Ella offers you a Nespresso coffee machine, with included capsules. You can wake up to the smell of fresh coffee and start the day in the best possible way. For those traveling with pets, Ella offers them a warm welcome. We have provided a bed for your pet to sleep on, as well as water and food bowls. So your four-legged friends can feel at home too. In the Ella mobile home, you can relax, enjoy the sea view and feel peace and comfort.

Payment and terms

Payment is made to the bank account. Advance payment 50% of the total price, the rest one week before arrival. Check-in from 2:00 p.m., Check-out until 10:00 a.m. Tourist tax is not included in the price (1.5 euros/adults 0.75 euros - 12-18 years old children and children under 12 years free), guests pay in person at the camp. Cleaning service is €80 (€100 with a pet). The deposit for pets is €150. In the best case, the deposit is returned up to 7 working days after the last day of stay. In case of damage, the deposit is kept partially or completely, depending on the amount of damage to and around the rented object. Check in: from 2 p.m. (in person, via the key safe located at the mobile home - you will receive the code from the safe via SMS message on the day of arrival). 1x Parking place free of charge.
Residential tax is not included in price.

Cancellation policy

"First Minute 2025" offer. valid until March 31, 2025. You get a 10% discount for 5-10 nights for the entire stay. For a stay of 11 or more nights, you get a 15% discount. Advance payment of 50% of the total reservation price by March 31, 2025, the rest one week before arrival. You can book your appointment now with a 10% deposit (40% by 31.03.2025). You will receive an offer from us, and we will contact you to see if it is acceptable for us to reserve an appointment for you. Once we receive a deposit totaling 50%, you will receive a booking confirmation by email and your appointment will be held and booked. If you have not made a total payment of 50% by March 31, 2025, your reservation will be canceled and the date will become free again for other guests. If you cannot come to the appointment, contact us in time so that we can cancel the appointment. By canceling 21 days before arrival, we return the full amount of the advance payment.

Great location

A lovingly furnished home for your vacation. We felt very comfortable. The terrace is a dream and the proximity to the sea is great. From the beach you have a wonderful view of the opposite island and the sunset. The hosts are always helpful. We would be happy to come back anytime.

Excellent accommodation

The house has everything you need for rest and enjoyment. Modernly equipped interior, has a barbecue, all the necessary household appliances, a beautiful terrace and a view of the sea. The beach is located a few meters from the house, which also has an outdoor shower. A great place for rest and relaxation for families with children and everyone else.
