The house is ideal for families with children or couples, has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The large terrace is connected to the garden and yard and is spent most of the day, while the terrace just above the sea is ideal for lazing in the sun and evening socializing with a spectacular sunset. The sea is only a few steps away, there is no crowd and you have privacy. If you have smaller children, the beautiful shallow beach is a 10-minute walk from the house. Nearby is the Adventure Park for those looking for adrenaline fun, and many smaller Dalmatian places for those looking for sightseeing. The town of Biograd is a 15-minute drive away, and Zadar is a 20-minute drive away. The beautiful nature park Vrana Lake is also a 15-minute drive away. Dieses Haus mit direktem Meerzugang ist einfach perfect für die gesamte Familie. Auch wenn die Küche nicht topmodern ist, so findet man alles was man braucht. Haus, Garten, Griller, Liegestühle und viel Ruhe, der perfekte Urlaub für Ruhesuchende. Die Einfahrt bzw. Zufahrt zum Haus könnte etwas breiter sein, aber für geübte Autofahrer normal kein Problem, ausser mat hat einen SUV bzw. Familienkutsche dann wirds schon ein bisschen eng. Die Vermieter super freundlich und um jedes Anliegen sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, Ausstattung mehr als aufreichten wen man nicht den großen Schnickschnack sucht. Wir feuen uns schon wieder auf den nächsten Urlaub bei Andrea & Serdo!

We spent a fantastic holiday in this house. We lacked nothing, the equipment of the house is excellent, we have been to Croatia many times, but we have never found such a well-equipped kitchen. The location is really great, you go out the garden door and can go straight into the water, it's flat and you can get in easily via a small set of stairs. The communication with Andrea and Serdo went without any problems, they are very nice landlords. It is exactly as it can be seen in the pictures and read in the description. You can easily walk to the nearby studenacs for small purchases and you can drive to Zadar or Biograd for large purchases. All in all it was the best time of the year and we have recharged a lot of energy until we come back next year. On this way a big THANK YOU for this beautiful, very clean and tidy house.

It's a nice, spacious house with stunning views. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 big terraces, a garden and an additional terrace for sunbathing with deckchairs. The sorrounding is peaceful. The beach by the house doesn't have bars, but there is a bar and a bakery a few minutes of walk distant. The only inconvenience is parking by the house, it's a really narrow pathway leading there. But you can also leave the car near the main road. The house was really clean. We enjoyed our vacation in the house Ivana and we recommend it.
