Payment is made to the bank account. Advance payment 50% of the total price, the rest one week before arrival. Check-in from 2:00 p.m., Check-out until 10:00 a.m. Tourist tax is not included in the price (1.5 euros/adults 0.75 euros - 12-18 years old children and children under 12 years free), guests pay in person at the camp. Cleaning service is €80 (€100 with a pet). The deposit for pets is €150. In the best case, the deposit is returned up to 7 working days after the last day of stay. In case of damage, the deposit is kept partially or completely, depending on the amount of damage to and around the rented object. For stays of 11 or more nights you get a 15% discount. Advance payment of 50% of the total price for the reservation must be paid within 5 days of receiving the offer by E-Mail, the rest one week before arrival. You will receive an offer from us, and we will contact you to see if it is acceptable for you to reserve your appointment. After we receive a deposit of 50%, you will receive a reservation confirmation by e-mail and your appointment will be held and reserved. If you have not made a total payment of 50% within 5 days of receiving the offer, your reservation will be canceled and the date will become available for other guests. Cancellation of the appointment 21 days before arrival, we will refund the full amount of the advance payment.
