Welcome to our comfortable and spacious apartments located in a quiet and pleasant small town Sveti Juraj, near Senj. Our apartments offer you a peaceful stay near the beautiful Adriatic Sea. The distance to the beach and the town center is 150 meters. Each apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartments are air-conditioned. Since you will be spending a lot of time outside, our home offers a large area for relaxation with suitable garden furniture. If you want to prepare a relaxing dinner outside, there is also an area with barbecue equipment. There is a large private parking lot in the yard and your cars are safe. Our apartments are ideal for a quiet family vacation with children or a group of friends.

Payment is made in two parts, the first part is an advance that the guest can pay 5 days after booking the appointment (dates in the calendar will be blocked for other reservations for 5 days) and is 30% of the total price of the accommodation, the second part is paid at the accommodation. The guest will receive a confirmation of advance payment and an invoice in the accommodation via email. The check-in time for the apartments is from 2 p.m. onwards, and the check-out time is until 10 a.m.
Residential tax is included in price.We refund the advance payment in full if the guest cancels 45 days before arrival and 50% of the advance payment amount if the guest cancels 30 days before arrival. For all cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival, the advance payment cannot be refunded, except in the case of illness or an accident, for which a valid proof must be provided.
