The building has its own private parking, a separate entrance and it is a 5-minute walk to the center itself, where there are shops, a post office, a bank, a bakery, a flower shop and several shops with goods. They are located on the first floor of the house.

Payment is via bank transfer to the account, which is also a reservation. The reservation can be made two days before arrival. The invoice is issued upon arrival at the apartment. The time of arrival and departure is very flexible and by agreement.
