Apartments Zupanovic - Sveti Filip i Jakov - Zadar region

The apartment is in an older, well-maintained building, it is very spacious and practically designed, there is a huge fridge, plenty of dishes and a dryer on the balcony, and functional air conditioning. The balcony has a sea view and it is very close to the sandy beach, max. 100 meters. The lady of the house is very helpful, she accommodated us right at 5 in the morning! The apartment is surrounded by a well-kept garden and complete tranquility. The only thing I would add is a parasol or an awning for the southern balconies so that they can be used better, otherwise everything is absolutely perfect.

The apartment is close to the sea, clean, comfortable. The balcony offers a magnificent panorama. The kitchen is equipped with average equipment. The homeowners are kind, friendly, helpful, and provide a relaxed, safe environment. We've been vacationing here for years.

The apartment is just above the sandy beach that has the most shade in the whole town. It has air conditioning. The kitchen is rather poorly equipped, the refrigerator is too small and does not fit a lot of food, a small freezer, and the shelf on the door of the refrigerator was scrapped so that it could not be used. The apartment was poorly cleaned, especially the bathroom we cleaned ourselves before use, a closet in a room full of dust. The yard is large but with no contents so it cannot be used.

From your comment I see that you are accommodated, but generally Sv. Philip and Jacob did not particularly like the place. Which is all right, but let me answer your comments. The apartment has 3 stars and is equipped for this category. The kitchen is of an apartment type which means that it is not equipped with a large freezer or a large number of appliances. But we always say that and show the pictures we have as well as the information on the website. A broken shelf in the fridge is the negligence of previous guests who cannot be repaired in a short time and who have not even reported a malfunction. The yard is always very tidy, mowed, full of flowers, we also have small turtles that are free to plant. In the courtyard there is a grill, a small swing for children. But what we cannot agree on is that the apartment was not cleaned well. As for everyone, we do not all have the same criteria. But we have been in this business for about 15 years and I have never had a complaint about cleanliness. I don't see the problem in the comment modestly but it doesn't stand out. We are certainly very sorry that you were not very pleased and thanks for the comment. The commentary in part provides constructive criticism that can be worked on.
