Apartments URANIJA-St. Filip and Jakov are located in the center of the town; under the highway, in a quiet location and close to the beach and all important facilities. Four apartments (two 2+2 and two 4+2) are located in a completely new building built in 2019 and are located on the 1st and 2nd floor. They are modernly equipped and all are air-conditioned, have TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, dishwashers and washing machines (located under the stairs and shared by all our guests), spacious balconies. All windows and balcony doors have mosquito nets for a pleasant stay. Two-room apartments have double beds in the bedrooms and an extra bed for two more people in the living room, and two bathrooms. Parking is provided, and in addition to parking, there is also a large canopy in front of the building with a barbecue and seating area. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS!

Very nice and spacious apartment with two bathrooms. It is actually equipped with everything you need, the only thing I missed in the kitchen was one pan. There's even Netflix on the TV. The apartment building has its own large parking lot. The location is in a quiet street, so there is absolutely no noise. There are quite a few small shops and a small market with fresh fish and fruit and vegetables nearby. A large supermarket is also a good 5-minute walk away. There are also several beaches nearby that are suitable for children (sandy beach and washing machine). In general, I was fascinated by the city itself...small, nice and you actually have everything you need at your fingertips.

The owners are wonderful people, unobtrusive, and yet if you need something, it is taken care of in a moment. Although we did not stay here with Mrs. Tanja this year, I must praise her and thank her for her help. We stayed with her for two years in a row, unfortunately this year we were late with the reservation, so we booked elsewhere and fell into a trap. Tanja found us another accommodation, if it wasn't for her we would have had to return home. Just to mention that we are a family with two children and falling into a scam like that was very stressful for us. Once again, many thanks to Mrs. Tanja and all the best to her. The apartment is great, everything is new. For a change, there are no grandma sofas, oak and closets from ’45. a large covered balcony and a hairdryer, dishwashers and washing machines - all very useful. Neat and clean. The hosts are too kind and unobtrusive. The wall is adorned with a cool comic book drawn by the owner herself, so it gives a special charm. We were with two small children, for each recommendation. The beach is close, we went everywhere on foot, we didn't even start the car. Thumbs up!

Although we are in a small apartment residence just one summer, a big chance that this will become a tradition. Nice and too kind hosts (from the smallest to the oldest ones!) Are totally won us so that children do not want to holiday anywhere else :-) The apartment is very neat and comfortable, and whatever best we liked a lot in the yard level apartments. The place is also very nice and suitable for families with children, because they are all important facilities (beach, promenade, shops, pharmacy, ....) accessible on foot. The advantage is the proximity to Zadar and Biograd, if you want to stay active. Apartment recommend to everyone, especially families with children.

We are a family with three children, for years staying in a larger apartment and we are delighted! The apartment is in a quiet place, very comfortable, well equipped and tidy, and the price is very reasonable. And if you ever needed something, kind owners will always be glad to help. Children have a whole lot of garden available for the game, and all other facilities are very near. The place is focused on family tourism, so this was a perfect place for families with children. A big plus is the free wi-fi. And the biggest plus are the owners - a young, nice and helpful :-) Highly recommended!
