Apartments Uranija - Sveti Filip i Jakov - Zadar region

We were in an apartment with a view of the sea on one side and an olive grove on the other - pure idyll. The apartment is modernly furnished (Alan Ford on the wall won us over right away), clean and located near the center of town and the sandy beach where we stayed. The pleasant hosts just put an end to the Perfect Vacation.

We stayed in the apartment for 9 nights and really enjoyed it. From the moment we arrived, we had minimal contact with the owner, which is desirable on vacation. The apartment is new, in a great location, nicely decorated and, above all, clean. The place is beautiful. All in all, a very nice vacation. Recommended apartment!!!

The apartments are new, clean, tidy, the hostess is friendly, unobtrusive, yet affordable. Recommendation for families who do not want to use a car because the apartment is in the center and everything is within reach...from the market, bakery, shops, restaurants, beach.

This year, we spent 7 wonderful days of vacation in the Urania apartment (barely.., due to the busyness of the apartment, we also moved it every year..). The apartment is neat, modernly decorated, equipped with all the necessary things. In the yard there is a beautiful gazebo with a fishing rod available to all guests. The yard is big enough for children to play.. The beach, the sea, shops, the center.., everything is a few minutes' walk on relatively quiet streets.. The hosts are very friendly and approachable and at the same time unobtrusive.., in conclusion - an unmistakable choice -

Recommendation for accommodation, location and friendly hostess. The apartment is excellent - clean, tidy, modernly decorated, spacious and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay (even mosquito nets on the windows and the use of a washing machine, which is really rare). Peaceful and quiet location with a large yard. There is no traffic and everything is close to shops, markets, bakeries, the sea and both beaches. So those who don't want a car don't have to use it at all. The hostess is kind and unobtrusive, yet always there for anything you need. All in all, to be commended. I recommend it to everyone, and we will definitely come back again.

Beautiful 3 days, apartment fully equipped, neat, clean, really feeling like you are in your own apartment. Peace, no traffic, close to the sea, shops .... use of the yard, barbecue, gazebo ..... even private table tennis lessons. Wonderful hosts! All recommendations!

For 2 years in a row, we stayed in apartments near Tanja. The apartments are commendable, clean, quiet, maintained. Beautiful barbecue! Beautiful apartments, newly renovated, contain everything for a pleasant and carefree vacation. I have only words of praise for the hosts. We are vacationing here for the second year in a row and we will definitely be back again. Sv. Filip i Jakov, as a place, wonderful, especially for families with children.

The apartment is great, everything is new. For a change, there are no grandma sofas, oak and closets from ’45. a large covered balcony and a hairdryer, dishwashers and washing machines - all very useful. Neat and clean. The hosts are too kind and unobtrusive. The wall is adorned with a cool comic book drawn by the owner herself, so it gives a special charm. We were with two small children, for each recommendation. The beach is close, we went everywhere on foot, we didn't even start the car. Thumbs up!

We spent two wonderful weeks at Apartments Urania. The apartment / house is excellent; clean, tidy, maintained and functional. Our favorite part of the apartment is definitely the spacious yard, which the children enjoyed immensely. The location is great, the center, shops, market, pharmacy and both beaches, all within walking distance. The hosts are outstanding, extremely kind, approachable and unobtrusive. Absolutely for every recommendation!

Friendly hosts, beautiful, tidy apartment in a quiet location. Two bathrooms (one bedroom with private large bathroom) ... luxurious !!! Very convenient for families. The beach is not too far and you can come across beautiful, old, narrow streets. We really enjoyed it and are coming back this year! Highly recommended !!

Although we are in a small apartment residence just one summer, a big chance that this will become a tradition. Nice and too kind hosts (from the smallest to the oldest ones!) Are totally won us so that children do not want to holiday anywhere else :-) The apartment is very neat and comfortable, and whatever best we liked a lot in the yard level apartments. The place is also very nice and suitable for families with children, because they are all important facilities (beach, promenade, shops, pharmacy, ....) accessible on foot. The advantage is the proximity to Zadar and Biograd, if you want to stay active. Apartment recommend to everyone, especially families with children.

We are a family with three children, for years staying in a larger apartment and we are delighted! The apartment is in a quiet place, very comfortable, well equipped and tidy, and the price is very reasonable. And if you ever needed something, kind owners will always be glad to help. Children have a whole lot of garden available for the game, and all other facilities are very near. The place is focused on family tourism, so this was a perfect place for families with children. A big plus is the free wi-fi. And the biggest plus are the owners - a young, nice and helpful :-) Highly recommended!

For several years summering with his family in this apartment and we are very pleased from the smallest to us adults. Apartment meets all our criteria.
