Apartment house Lukić is located in Sveti Filip i Jakov, a tourist town located 20km south of Zadar. The house consists of 4 one-bedroom, rich and newly refurbished apartments. All apartments have their own terraces, climate and the possibility of using the outdoor grill. The house is situated in a quiet part of the village, in a stunning street that offers our guests peace and quiet. The apartments are 37kw meters in size and consist of a kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge with freezer, microwave oven and stove, double bedroom and bathroom. Distance to the beach is 800 meters, and 700 meters from the center. We are looking forward to your arrival.

...it was a coincidence...we had Luki in Rakovica, met in the cheese dairy. We still had 4 weeks of vacation ahead of us. Luki took the opportunity to tell us about his house in Sveti Philip i Jacov. In short, on our later way north we stayed with him and were very impressed. Branka, his wife, welcomed us from the first moment, treated us to wine and schnapps and gave us valuable tips. The apartment is fine. Everything available, lots of space and a great view of the sea. We would like to come again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment, which is equipped with everything you need. Furniture, kitchen, bathroom and all appliances are as if they were just brought from the store. Everything is very clean and that's why we felt at home. The terrace is big enough where you can relax and enjoy because there is no noise at any time of the day. It couldn't be otherwise, because when you meet the hosts, everything immediately becomes clear. Wonderful people who put a lot of effort into making the guest feel comfortable and missing nothing.

I will not say that this is one of the tidiest apartments, but I will say that this is the tidiest apartment we have ever had the opportunity to be in, the first apartment whose dishes we used because everything was impeccably clean and tidy, which delighted us immediately upon entering to the apartment, quiet nights, and the hosts are ultra approachable and friendly, we felt at home, every day we were offered drinks and food and transportation if we needed somewhere .. and we took home a homemade jam that Žarko made, we know where we'll be back next year. We spent a nice holiday, which was largely taken care of by our home Branka and Žarko, were very nice and hospitable. We felt like we were part of their family! The apartment was clean, tidy, modern furnished. They repeatedly supplied us with fresh vegetables from their garden. Of course there was a grill. I recommend staying with these wonderful people, Branka, Žarko hvala you.

In the apartment for two people we stayed from 13.7-17.7.2019. Communication during the negotiation process was very fast, good and ultimately successful. I would like to praise the hosts who were always at ease and very friendly. The apartment is very well equipped, but if we needed something, the gentleman and the lady were assured of it (the can opener). The apartment is completely new, extremely neat, smoked bedding, clean towels, excellent mattress (in one piece). I would also like to boil it for water without any lime. The apartment also has a parking space, located on a slightly elevated part of St. Filip Jakova, and from the village itself and the beach is a 10-minute walk down the hill. For each recommendation and for all praise.
