A fully equipped studio apartment with a terrace is located on the ground floor of a family house in the center of Sveti Filip i Jakov. The apartment with three bedrooms, fully equipped, with a large terrace with garden furniture is located on the first floor of the house. The apartments are located a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach (you can choose pebble, sandy or concrete), restaurants, shops, post office, sports facilities, cafe bars... Parking is provided in front of the house and is included in the price. A barbecue is also available to guests...

Payment and terms
The price includes: tourist tax, bed linen and towels (weekly change), water, electricity and cleaning on departure. Arrival: from 14.00 PM, departure until 10.00 AM. METHOD OF PAYMENT: Bank transfer. The reservation will be confirmed after an advance payment of 30% of the total amount is made to our bank account, the rest of the amount is paid upon arrival. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit is not returned.
