Two apartments are located in a family house (on the first floor) which is 200 m from the beach and the town center. Each apartment has two rooms, a bathroom, a washing machine, air conditioning, a kitchen with a dining area and a couch that is an extra bed, a large terrace (20m2). All included in the price. There is a grill in the garden. The parking lot is in front of the house in the shade. The size of the apartment is 70 m2.
