Our villa is located by the sea (approx. 30 m) and can be reached by an asphalt road that ends nearby. The villa is detached in a pine forest on a plot of approximately 900 m², at the foot of which is a garage for six cars. The property is connected to the city water supply, three-phase electricity and is within range of GSM, landline telephone and free high-speed wireless internet. Among the pine trees are cascading plateaus for ping-pong and other activities. In the garden there is a grill for free use and numerous sun loungers and swings as well as scout/sailor nets, chess, cards... each room has its own bathroom, and its own loggia, terrace or balcony, all rooms have a sea view, each room has a refrigerator, satellite TV.

In 2014, we visited Hvar Sveta Nedilja and we were charmed. Beautiful untouched nature, who is looking for a quiet holiday, so ideal. Owners very nice people, nice accommodation, clean villa is located directly beside the sea with a beautiful view. We can only recommend.
