This homelike 55 m2 two-bed bedroom apartment is located on the eastern coast of Istria, in a small and charming village of Sveta Marina, just 15min drive from the medieval town of Labin with its numerous restaurants, bars and sites. The apartment is meant to offer vacation and relax outside of town, but in the same time so near to the other places and cities in all Istria easily reached by car. Your apartment is located on the 1st floor in a private house, and has distance only 150m from the first shop, restaurant and 350m from the first pebble beach. You have very nice view with a private terrace overlooking the forest and the sea. Sveta Marina itself is an authentically place, surrounded with nature and the clean sea, and this is one of the main reasons that you will always come back. The area around the apartment is also suitable for mountain bike riding with marked paths or Nordic walking specially in the spring or late summer. Hiking spot Skitača is highly popular place, in the area you will find several hills ( from 450 m – 540 m high) surrounded with different hiking paths looking over the beautiful Kvarner bay. The neighborhood around the house is quiet and friendly, with only a couple houses around.
