Accommodation units
Guests should follow the house rules. You can enter the apartment after 12 o'clock, and plan your departure by 9 o'clock. An advance payment of 30% of the amount is paid at least 15 days before arrival. Please leave the apartment tidy, otherwise a cleaning fee of 20 euros will be charged.
Residential tax is included in price.We will refund the advance payment in full if you cancel 15 days before.
