A 10-minute easy walk takes you to the center of the town, where there are cafes, shops, restaurants, a cinema, a summer stage, a clinic, a pharmacy, a library, a post office and other facilities. Free parking is located 150 m from the apartment, although it is always possible to park in the street in front of the house.

Rocky beach You will remember your summer in Sutivan for its beautiful beaches, pine forests, olive groves and vineyards. Cafes, restaurants and shops are at your disposal in this picturesque place. You will enjoy traditional festivals, cultural events, as well as a rich offer of excursions around the island and nearby places. Not far away is an amusement park that offers entertainment for the youngest, and hidden beaches offer romance for lovers. A well-known bicycle path leads through Sutivan to other interesting places on Brač. The island of Brač can be reached by plane and bus from Zagreb or by ferry and catamaran from Split. A direct catamaran line connects Split and Sutivan 2 times a day and the ride takes 20 minutes, while the ferry sails every hour and the ride Split - Supetra takes 45 minutes. Sutivan is 7 km west of Supetar.
The apartment is comfortable and large enough for the whole family. It has three bedrooms, a spacious living room and a large terrace with beautiful sea views. The nearest beach and café are just a 2-minute walk away. It has everything you need for a quality vacation. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and pleasant. Definitely a recommendation, and I’m definitely coming back.
We have bean visiting this apartment in all kinds of formations: in the beginning as a couple, later as a little family with one child, also with friends, and as a family with two children and a grand mother helping us with the kids, in all four seasons. All formations worked out very well because the apartment is big (3 bedroom), has a huge terrace with amazing sea view, nice and equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a dining space and most of all it is very-very close to the sea and to the restaurants! I recommend this place with pleasure and I suggest you visit Bisera at any time of the year...I promise you won\'t be disappointed!

This my favorite, it is perfect for couples as for familiy with young children (large terrace is perfect for kids!). I am a returning regularly for several years, because it suits me, close to the sea, a place without excessive crowds, you can choose a beach of your own volition because it is available in several options and it's in walking distance. Brac is really a beautiful island with a rich tradition, not to mention food and drink at the many taverns. Ms. Biserka is a friendly host. Because I do not like crowds vacations, vacation benefits off-season once before the season, the second time after. I do not know when it is better, every part of the summer has its own charm. Personally, I am more inclined September, as the available abundance of fruit of all kinds, past vacations have different masses of tourists, everything is slowing, and the sea is gorgeous warm. But nothing serious, if the days are noticeably shorter. We grazing, tranquility but also to answer my flight. As long as my health will permit it, I will always be glad to return. This corner I warmly recommend to all who enjoy in the beauty of the Dalmatian islands.

The island of Brac is lovely all around the four seasons. It is a truly great holiday destination. The apartement of Bisera is adorable! We fell in love with it at first sight. Huge terrace, spacious rooms and a great view with the sea and the city of Split. It is close to the centre of Sutivan and yet it is very quiet tranqiule place. You can have your breakfast on the terrace, drink your coffe read your book and enjoy the beautiful view. The kitchen is well equiped, the bathroom is comfortable, the beds are great. Sutivan and it\'s close surroundings offers all kinds of beaches for all kinds of needs. The water is clean, clear and the colour of it is just great, it is realxing just to look at it. We have travelled all over the adriatic area for holidays. Eight years ago we stopped doing that...we found Bisera\'s apartment on Brac, Sutivan. Ever since that we don\'t have the urge to look further since this place is perfect for us. Bisera, the landlady speaks perfect English, She is very kind, helpful, makes you feel home. We have spent countless of occasions at this apartment and never had a bad experience with it. Magic Island! Let's go on vacation every year on the island of Brac and every time we have a wonderful holiday! This year we chose the second fortnight of July in the small town of Sutivan. I still have the taste of those places in my mind. The morning walk along the shore to fetch the hot bread in the "Pekara" and then come back and go to the beach to relax under the shade of the pines! I enjoyed every moment of our vacation, for me, the moment was magical at sunset, when on the beach still full of light and color, fell silent. This year we chose the apartment of Mrs. Bisera, drawn from the large terrace. It proved to be a perfect choice! The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfortable, the terrace, family barbecue, offers a fantastic view of the sea both day and night !!! A true wonder !!! The landlady, Mrs. Bisera, speaks perfect English and is very friendly. Croatia ......... wait for us will be back soon !!!!!!

For years I come in Oldtown and always use this apartment, which speaks volumes about how much I am satisfied. The facility is clean, tidy, regularly maintained and has a special charm. The owner is friendly and cultural lady, ready to help. I've repeatedly recommended this accommodation to friends and acquaintances. Options for various activities are numerous, it all depends on personal preferences. Swimming, boating, water sports (on the beach), hikes, excursions around the island of Brac (I circled around it, it's beautiful), climbing the mountain Vid, going to the pain, etc.. Restaurant has enough for everyone's taste, but also pocket, with cooking catering. There are several different beaches, all are beautiful. For those who are interested in nightlife, Supetar which is located only 7 km away and offers many possibilities. All in all, I'm very happy and I intend to come again.
