Payment and terms
When checking in, pay a deposit of 30%, and the remainder before arrival or on the spot. The apartment is ready upon arrival after 14 00 pm, and on departure day it is necessary to leave 00 to 10 hours. Shifts are on Sundays (to less traffic jams) at 7 or 14 days in July and August. In June and September minimum stay is 3 nights.
Residential tax is not included in price.
