Our stone villa, surrounded by a large garden of 2,000 m2 planted with Mediterranean plants, is located in Sutivan, a quiet and picturesque place on the coast of the island of Brac, 10 km away from the ferry port in Supetar. The villa is located next to the sea, so it offers unobstructed views of the sea and Split with its surroundings. The Sutivan area where the villa is located is known for its pebbly and sandy beaches, and the villa is located in a quiet and quiet neighborhood of residential villas. The first stone beach is located 20 m in front of the house, while the other beaches are 150-200m away. Larger beaches are equipped with changing rooms, toilets and showers, some of which have a coctail bar, a coffee bar, a jet ski rental. GRMA 1/2/3 apartments have a bedroom (2 1 if necessary an extra bed for a child up to 12 years), a kitchen and a bathroom, with access to a large terrace with deck chairs and parasol. To book an apartment, an advance payment of 30% of the total price is required. The rest of the guests pay on arrival. Advance payment is non-refundable!
