Villa Familia is a family villa with 3 fully and modernly equipped apartments. The villa is located in a quiet part of town. It is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, shops, children's playground, resort, tavern and bakery. The beach and the sea, which are an excellent choice for families with children, are a 3-minute walk away. It is also possible to use the outdoor grill and garden furniture (garden booth, sun loungers). Parking is provided for each apartment. The time of arrival to the apartment is possible from 14:00, and the time of departure from the apartment is until 10:00. To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay, and the rest of the amount is paid on the day of arrival. We are at your disposal for all inquiries at the above contacts, as well as for all your suggestions that you think would provide you as a guest with an even better and better quality vacation in our facility. Tourist tax is included in the price. We send a written confirmation of the reservation (voucher)

Cancellation policy
Dear future and potential guests, we would like to inform you that we will refund 100% of all advance payments if you cancel for any reason at least 15 days before your booked arrival date. For all subsequent cancellations of the reservation (within 15 days), we will unfortunately not be able to return the advance payment. Travel conscientiously, slowly and safely, because after all, this is your trip to a well-deserved vacation. We wish you a safe journey, a safe arrival and a great vacation :)
