The apartment is located in the center of Supetar, 100 meters from the waterfront, next to all the sights of the city, 300 meters from the first in a series of city beaches. The apartment is 100m2 in size: two bedrooms each with a double bed (160x200), and each of these rooms has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower; the apartment also has a large living room with 2 extra beds (120x200 and 160x200), which also has its own bathroom, then a kitchen and a beautiful terrace with a view of the town and the harbor. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, 3 air conditioners, 2 TVs, WIFI, and all other appliances necessary to feel at home and spend a nice and pleasant vacation. Free parking. At the beginning of the 20th century, the Croatian expressionist painter Ignjata Job lived and created his most successful works in our house, in the area of today's apartment. The guest pays the full amount of the reservation to the account no later than 20 days before the planned arrival. If the total amount of money is not paid by the 20th day, the reservation is automatically cancelled. In the case of payment made and the need to cancel the reservation 20-10 days before the arrival date, we return half the amount, and in the case of cancellation 10 days before the reservation, the cancellation fee will be equal to the total amount of the reservation. The expected time of arrival at the apartment is from 16:00, and leaving the apartment by 10:00. If the guest wants to arrive before 4 p.m. or leave after 10 a.m., we will certainly meet the guest depending on the current availability of the apartment, but we always offer the possibility of free luggage storage.
Residential tax is included in price.The guest leaves an advance payment of 100 euros upon arrival at the apartment, and we return the same amount to the guest (in hand) on the day of departure after we check the apartment together to see if any damage has occurred.
