The stone house IVO is located in a landscaped olive grove, on a viewpoint, above the town of Stomorska. The IVO house offers an exceptional view of the coves, beaches, the town and port of Stomorska, the panorama and water area of the city of Split and its surroundings, and parts of the islands of Brač and Čiovo. The most significant features of the house are the unique view, spaciousness and peace. The nearest neighbors are 30 m away. The house is 800 m from the center of Stomorska by road, and 400 m on foot. There are 2 apartments on offer: - Sun apartment with outdoor jacuzzi (2+1 persons) - SEA apartment (4+1 persons). The apartments are each on their own floor. There is also the possibility of renting both apartments (6+2 persons). The guests of both apartments have free of charge: - secured parking spaces for 3 vehicles - stone barbecue with a table in the garden - outdoor shower - laundry room There is a possibility of machine laundry service (€10/per wash) and/or machine dishwashing service (€5 / after washing). The hosts are happy to help you with any questions at any time.

Payment and terms

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT: 1) check whether the apartment is free in the desired period 2) If we confirm that the date is free, send us an email: -- name and phone number of the contact person -- name of the apartment -- number of persons -- ages of all persons -- period stay and number of nights. --- 3) to the email address we will send you the information for the advance payment in the amount of 50% of the entire stay, which should be paid within the next 2 days (because we immediately block the desired date for you) --- 4) when you make the payment, contact us to check the arrival of the payment (If you do not contact us, we will consider that the reservation has been canceled and we will release the appointment) --- 5) immediately after the arrival of the payment, we will send you a Confirmation of the reservation and the amount paid by e-mail --- 6) payment of the remaining amount of the stay : upon arrival in the apartment, only in cash --- Check-in: from 2 - midnight. Check out: until 10 o'clock

Cancellation policy

OTHER INFORMATION: 1) MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE APARTMENT Only the specified maximum number of guests can stay in the apartment: Apartment SUNCE: 2+1 guests. Apartment MORE: 4+1 guests. We do not have the option of placing extra beds. 2) ADULTS ONLY Due to the horizontally placed wooden elements of the fence, on which children of a younger age can climb or crawl between them, unfortunately: we are limited in hosting children under the age of 12. 3) PETS Pets are not allowed, not because we don't like them - we ourselves have 2 pets (two dogs up to 10 kg). 4) REFUND OF THE ADVANCED DEPOSIT If the guest does not come to the apartment, 100% of the advance payment is retained. If the guest cancels the reservation within 45 days before the arrival date: 80% of the advance payment is retained. If the guest cancels the reservation between 90 and 45 days before the date of arrival: 60% of the advance payment is retained. If the guest cancels the reservation earlier than 90 days before the arrival date: 40% of the advance payment is retained.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ISLAND AND THE PLACE: There is no industry on the island of Šolta, and Šolta extra virgin olive oil has a certificate that it is unique in the world. Šolta has a dozen shops, post office, tourist office, gas station, ATMs, bakery, first aid service, ambulance, pharmacy, dentist, police, firemen... The beaches of Šolta are incomparably less crowded than the beaches along the coast, and given that fewer people - the sea is much cleaner. Solta does not have sandy beaches, but flat stone slabs or pebbles, so the sea on Solta is extremely clear. Stomorska is the gastronomic center of the island. There are 8 restaurants, pizzeria, fast food, pub, beach bar. The tourist agency organizes excursions and rents scooters, cars or boats.
