When confirming the reservation, an advance payment of €100 is taken, payment upon arrival for the entire reserved period, and in case of early departure, we do not return the money paid. Tourist tax is included in the price of the apartment. With each reservation, we charge €50 for a one-time final cleaning. The time of arrival and departure is prescribed by the general conditions, entry into the apartment at 2 pm, exit by 10 am, possible earlier entry is agreed upon arrival. We prefer families, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND YOUTH GROUPS.

We have 7 bicycles and exercise equipment. The barbecue located within the house is all for the use of guests staying in the apartments. Each guest receives one of our products upon arrival as a sign of welcome. We have a 7 met boat. if we find time we can organize an excursion.
